Fluffy’s Pet Shop offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the contiguous United States on all orders over $75.00.
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours after your order is completed.
- Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email, complete with tracking number.
- At the moment - We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping time: 7-10 days. It may be longer because USPS and UPS deliveries are being delayed for several reasons, including but not limited to weather conditions. We thank you in advance for your patience.
- You do not need to sign for your package unless you make a specific request (an extra charge may apply).
- Sorry, but currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
All items purchased from Fluffyspetshop.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
