Fluffy’s Pet Shop, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the www.fluffyspetshop.com website (the “Site”).
By clicking “sign in”, “create and account”, or submit an order and entering or otherwise using our website, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions. Certain products and services on Fluffy’s Pet Shop Site may have additional terms that apply (ex: if you subscribe to our Auto-Ship program you will be also subject to the Auto-Ship Terms and conditions), or (ex: purchase a custom-order item).
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER PRODUCT AND SERVICE SPECIFIC TERMS ON FLUFFY’S PET SHOP SITE, CONSTITUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH FLUFFY’S PET SHOP, LLC. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS OF YOUR USE OF THE FLUFFY’S PET SHOP SITE AND YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY THE FLUFFY’S PET SITE AND/OR USING THE SITE. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT AND TO ABIDE BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
Registration:
In order to use certain features of the site (i.e., purchasing Fluffy’s Pet Shop products and/or services, you must register for an account with Fluffy’s Pet Shop and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by Fluffy’s pet shop registration form.

RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from www.fluffyspetshop.com are shipped via USPS. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to USPS.

Fluffy’s Pet Shop tried to be very accurate – However, Fluffy’s Pet Shop does not warrant that product descriptions on the site or content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current and/or error-free. If you feel a product offer is not described properly you may contact us at (434) 202-0183 – You may also return the product.

Can I pause/resume my subscription if I go on vacation?
Absolutely. You can also change the date your order is renewed.

If you want to try a new flavor, you can swap products a week before your monthly order is automatically renewed. Same goes for if you need a different quantity!
What if my subscribed treat is out of stock?
This likely won't happen because we set these treats aside first as priority. However, in the case that we can't provide your favorite treat we will always contact you to either substitute in a new flavor or reimburse you.
Can I add more products to my existing subscription?
Yes! The more the merrier!
If I move can I change the subscription address?
Yes!
