Fluffy’s Pet Shop offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the contiguous United States on all orders over $50.00.

How long does it take to get my order?

Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after your order is completed and shipped. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your package’s tracking number.

Who will be delivering my order?

  1. Small to medium packages are being shipped via USPS (United Stated Postal Service).
  2. Large Packages are being shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Lately, USPS and UPS deliveries are being delayed for several reasons, including but not limited to weather conditions. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Do I need to sign for my package?

  • You do not need to sign for your package unless you make a specific request (an extra charge may apply).
  1. Sorry, but currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  2. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

    Absolutely. You can also change the date your order is processed.

    If you want to try a new flavor, you can swap products before your monthly order goes through. Same goes for if you need a different quantity!

    This likely won't happen because we set these treats aside first as priority. However, in the case that we can't provide your favorite treat we will always contact you to either sub in a new flavor or reimburse you.
