Can I pause/resume my subscription if I go on vacation?

Absolutely. You can also change the date your order is renewed.

If you want to try a new flavor, you can swap products a week before your monthly order is automatically renewed. Same goes for if you need a different quantity!

What if my subscribed treat is out of stock?

This likely won't happen because we set these treats aside first as priority. However, in the case that we can't provide your favorite treat we will always contact you to either substitute in a new flavor or reimburse you.

Can I add more products to my existing subscription?

Yes! The more the merrier!

If I move can I change the subscription address?

Yes!
